Central Broward Water Control District is seeking an experienced leader who will ensure the long-term effectiveness and efficiency of the District’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be of strong character and exhibit a commitment to professionalism and best management practices. The chosen candidate will have strong management and leadership skills and the ability to build a culture of trust across the organization and with the community at large. This position requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills in a related field commensurate with the position. Five years in a managerial or supervisory role is required. The candidate must have familiarity with the areas of engineering, planning, development, design, construction, finance, management, and personnel matters.
